Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Rivas Cloud Advisory handles information submitted through meeting bookings, email, and direct business conversations.

Information we collect

When you book a meeting or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company, role, meeting details, and the business or Azure-related context you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule and conduct meetings, respond to inquiries, evaluate whether RCA services are relevant, prepare requested proposals, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.

Microsoft 365 and Bookings

Meeting scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and online meetings may be processed through Microsoft 365, Microsoft Bookings, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Microsoft's applicable privacy and security practices govern its processing of information within those services.

Azure information

Please do not submit credentials, secrets, complete Azure exports, or sensitive production information through the public booking form. Any technical or billing data required for an engagement will be requested through an agreed channel and handled according to the engagement scope.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the business conversation, engagement, legal obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email jafeth@rivascloudadvisory.com.

This notice may be updated as RCA's services and data practices evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
